The lamp emits infrared heat waves, and is a typical heating lamp. The lamp has a special built-in reflector to direct the heat in any direction. The red glass transmits infrared waves produced by the special filament of the
lamp. The reddish light does not interfere with normal activity during the night or day, which makes it an excellent source of heat for 24 hours.
