Description

Royal Canin Renal with Chicken is indicated for: chronic renal failure; hepatic encephalopathy; prophylaxis of calcium oxalate uroliths in cats with reduced renal function; prevention of recurrence of urolithiasis that requires alkalinization of urinary pH: urate, xanthine and cystine stones.

Contraindications: pregnancy; lactation; growth.

Period of administration: Dietary treatment should be prescribed for a minimum duration of 6 months, after which a new clinical evaluation will be essential. If a 75% loss of kidney function is diagnosed, the disease is irreversible, so nutritional therapy must be maintained throughout the cat’s life.
