For this reason sera siporax provides more than 200 liters of crystal-clear and biologically clean water. sera siporax is particularly suitable for small filters. To prevent the water from being contaminated by floating substances, use sera biofibers and sera filter fleece as pre-filter material. sera siporax provides the anaerobic bacteria with a large number of tunnel structures with open pores. This makes it possible to supply the bacteria with nutrients and small amounts of fresh water. There is little oxygen inside the tunnel, which encourages the bacteria to break down nitrate in order to obtain sufficient oxygen. This means that nitrate is continuously dissociated and the aquarium water remains low in nitrate. With 1 liter of sera siporax, the same biological decomposition results are achieved as with approx. 34 liters of ceramic filter material.
