Highly effective aquarium filter that requires little maintenance.

The large filter volume of approx. 350 cm³ ensures natural, biological decomposition of pollutants. This ensures crystal-clear and healthy aquarium water.

The numerous accessories – consisting of angle joints, connectors, perforated pipe and suction cups – enable variable installation of the aquarium filters. The third filter chamber of the sera fil 120 is filled with the new, highly effective biological filter material sera siporax^® mini. This filter material ensures the best water quality through optimal biological cleaning. siporax^® is suitable for all internal and external biological filters, trickle systems and pond filters. It is particularly suitable for small biological filters – whether in freshwater or marine aquariums.

This filter material is highly efficient: 1 liter of sera siporax^® provides bacteria with, for example, a surface area equivalent to that of 34 liters of ceramic filter material, thus ensuring more than 200 liters of crystal-clear, biologically clean water.

The compact siporax^® mini was developed in the sera laboratory especially for the new sera fil internal filters. With these compact filters and separately available modules, you can now also filter the water in aquariums with a volume of more than 120 liters biologically and highly effectively.
