BREWER’S YEAST is an essentially protein-rich food.

Use as a food supplement, to be used whenever the daily diet does not provide adequate nutrients for animals. Brewer’s yeast is a raw material that contains a high protein content (46%) of high digestibility, as well as an adequate profile of essential amino acids (especially lysine and threonine). Brewer’s yeast is also a raw material rich in B vitamins, especially biotin and folic acid.
