Description

NEKTON-Bio supports a gentle moulting process and feather regeneration. NEKTON-Bio contains all essential vitamins, amino acids, minerals, trace elements and 200,000 µg biotin/kg. NEKTON-Bio gives birds a smooth and shiny plumage. Most of the plumage damage that occurs when keeping birds can be attributed exclusively to poor nutrition. Since the plumage consists of a protein-rich substance, a high-protein, protein-rich diet for the bird is a prerequisite for the formation of immaculate plumage. A daily diet should contain sufficient vitamins, minerals and trace elements for a functional metabolism. Most of the animal losses that occur during the moulting period are based on a lack or unbalanced intake of protein and/or an insufficient supply of vitamins and minerals. The unfavorable amino acid ratio in most plant-based foods has been explicitly taken into account and balanced in relation to the composition of NEKTON-Bio.

No other vitamin compounds should be administered while taking NEKTON-Bio. NEKTON-Bio is soluble in cold water and can be easily administered via drinking water or soft feed.

The protein ingested with the feed is dispersed in the bird’s gastrointestinal tract into the individual protein bases (amino acids) and in turn accumulates these naturally produced protein bases, which are necessary for plumage development.

The development of plumage during mating and the regeneration of plumage in moulting birds are very complex processes and are associated with particularly high stress on the entire body of the animal.

In cases of heavily damaged, double or even triple plumage, the dosage of NEKTON-Bio can be given until the first signs of plumage regeneration are visible. After that, the normal dosage will suffice until the plumage regeneration is complete. The daily vitamin supply with NEKTON-S should be incorporated into NEKTON-MSA in connection with this short course of treatment with NEKTON-BIO.

A green measuring spoon is attached to each bottle of NEKTON-Bio.

Please note that NEKTON-Bio must not be administered during breeding, as it can cause disturbances in the incubation process.
