Description

NEO Compact Soil Plants is a natural soil of volcanic origin, specially developed for planted aquariums. Its main features are:

    Excellent plant growth – using volcanic soil that is thousands of years old and gradually releasing nutrients, plants become healthier and algae growth is reduced;
    Contains beneficial bacteria and their food – eliminates pollutants in the water more quickly, promotes the nitrogen cycle and maintains a stable colony;
    Rapid substrate activation – promotes rapid plant adaptation, preventing algae growth;
    Maintains stable water quality – releases only a residual amount of ammonia and nitrites in the first few days, necessary to promote the nitrogen cycle and rapid plant adaptation. The correct supply of nitrates to the plants is also guaranteed;
    Excellent absorption capacity – filters pollutants from the water, acting as a biological filter, containing a very porous internal layer, capable of hosting large colonies of nitrifying bacteria;
    Double layer – an external layer to ensure its resistance and a very porous internal layer.
